Excellent summary of where we stand. I also wonder about the quality of DOJ attorneys who are left. How will they continue to handle all of the lawsuits against Trump, as well as their "normal" duties, especially when many of the best DOJ attorney have resigned or were fired. Judges will not appreciate it when government attorneys are not well prepared, do not answer questions from the judges, and only offer frivolous arguments. I think it's going to get even worse for them in court.

Thank you for writing this. It's important to be realistic and to understand what we are up against. It's equally important to have enough energy and ways to keep morale up, to keep fighting.

Thank you so much for this clear, insightful summary of where we have been in these 100 days. I think it is incredibly important to keep citing the successful challenges against the Trump administration. It is heartening, points out what is working, what has already been accomplished and what needs to continue.

As for "finding the energy to keep up the fight," Sherrilyn, the depth of your energy and commitment of time to remain immersed and to brilliantly synthesize these developments motivates me more than anyone! and thank you for a rare LOL moment, "yes Elon, they really do hate you that much!"

A heartening summary of the resistance. One minor point - Sen. Sanders is still as far as I know, an I, not a D.

Sherrilyn, you did not mention Chris Murphy as a hero. You must correct that
